Petlocity Rewards Program Update – December 26, 2019

Thank you for downloading the Petlocity app on your phone. It is our way of rewarding pet parents like you! We hope you are enjoying all of the app’s features and the rewards you have earned.

As we approach the end of the first year of the program, we want to remind you how the program continues so there are no surprises. On January 1, all point totals are reset to zero so you can begin earning points towards new rewards in 2020. All rewards earned in 2019 will remain in ‘your wallet’ until you redeem them or until they expire (6 months after they were earned).

Also, any of you who earned enough points to achieve Silver, Gold or Platinum status, will retain that status for 2020. Of course, Silver or Gold members can always move to the next level if enough points are accumulated in 2020.

There are a few changes being made to the program:

The 5% off Prescription Diet food (Hill’s, Royal Canin & Purina) will no longer be a reward for Platinum members. All the rest of the awesome rewards for Silver, Gold and Platinum levels will remain the same.

We are adding 10% off all dental procedures for the following year as a benefit to the Gold level and 15% off all dental procedures for the following year to the Platinum level. Pretty great, right?

Points needed to reach Gold status will be 1,000, and points required to achieve Platinum status will be 1,400. Six hundred points to reach Silver status will remain the same.
